Expanding Your Heart Through Backbends

Divine Wellbeing, Wagga Wagga

When done skillfully, backbends can be stimulating, mood lifting, and powerful. They assist in overcoming exhaustion, low self-esteem, and mild depression when approached with strong awareness. Learn more about issues that plague so many, such as herniated discs, scoliosis, and sciatica. We will gradually warm up the spine and safely work our way through poses such as danurasana, camel, wheel and more. Learn how to transition through these back bends with grace and attention to detail, allowing for safe and healing release. Explore the significance of core awareness in back bends and how it can transform your practice. Expand your edge as we work together to open your heart and deepen your understanding of these energizing poses.
